View Non Civil Service Actions

A Civil Service Action check box has been added to the Roster Employee List page to let you search for employees with open civil service job events only or employees with open civil service and non civil service job events as of a selected Position Effective Date.
To limit the search results to employees whose last job events were civil service actions, select the check box. If you do not see an employee you were expecting to see in the results, it is likely that a non civil service was applied to the employee's position after the Position Effective Date; therefore, deselect the box to expand the search to include employees whose last job events were non civil service actions.
To give you the option to view an employee's civil service data only, non civil service data only or both, a Civil Service Action column has been added to the Roster Employee-Positions page.
Although the default view is both, the filter
at the top of the column lets you quickly change the view to civil service data only or non civil service data only.
To view civil service data only, select Yes on the filter drop-down.
To view non civil service data only, select No.
To return to the default view, select Clear Filter.
